REFUNDS, REPLACEMENT & RETURNS
Consumer Guarantees and Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
If you believe that your purchase fails to meet one or more of the consumer guarantees, then you may be entitled to a refund or remedy.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
A refund or replacement is offered for all faulty goods delivered and digital downloads that fail activation.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all licenses and software activations to be active and will refund or replace any license that is found faulty or fails to activate within 14 days from date of purchase.
Unless Australian Consumer Law applies, please note change of mind returns are not available for software and other downloadable/digital material.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of return of goods or upon confirmation the digital goods provided are faulty within 1-3 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We are also happy to provide a full replacement within 24 hours of being advised you have received a faulty physical good or digital delivery.
RETURNS
We will provide a pre-paid envelope by mail for the return of physical items found to be faulty.
