- ANSWER: All prices shown are in Australia dollars and are the total price including GST for Australian buyers. There are no added costs.

- QUESTION: When will I receive my Product Key Purchase?
- ANSWER: Most product licenses are automatically and instantly emailed however some listing will display delivery with 1- 24 hours on the checkout page.
- QUESTION: What should I do if I don’t receive an email?
- ANSWER: Please contact us if you have not received your email within 24 business hours after first checking your emails spam and junk folder.
- QUESTION: What is your return policy?
- ANSWER. We cannot accept returns of emailed software applications for download (please see our terms for further details)

QUESTION: What are software applications that are referred to as Computer Programmers versions.
ANSWER: Computer programmer versions are also known as OEM which stands for "original equipment manufacturer". These software versions refer to software that is sold to computer builders etc in large quantities, for the purpose of bundling with computer hardware. This bundled software is a version of a program that is also sold on its own as a stand alone product. In most instances these versions cannot be updated and do not have the support of the manufacturer as they are not retail licensed applications however they are unlimited and fully functional versions of the retail licensed version which is sold at greatly discounted prices because the computer programmer sells in large quantities and passes the savings on to the buyer.
QUESTION: What do I do if I can’t install or activate my software?
- ANSWER: Common install and activation problems can occur if you have a previous or trial version currently installed on your computer. Uninstall these and try a clean install.
- If necessary turn off any firewalls which may be preventing the installation and antivirus software.
- If you are trying to renew a subscription make sure that you are using the correct product key for your currently installed program otherwise the product key will not work.
- Ensure the product key when inserted has no errors.
- If you receive an "Invalid Key" message please contact us with a screenshot that displays the product key inserted and the resulting error message received.
- We are not computer technicians or program specialists and can offer no help or assistance with the operating, workings or features of various software programs. Software help and assistance is provided by the various writers and publishers of the software. Please contact them or visit their site for help regarding aspects of their software application etc.
- QUESTION: Do you provide a warranty?
- ANSWER: Software Site warrants that all product keys and installation details will validate with their respective manufacturers. We do not warrant any manufacturers program, successful downloads, running of the software on your computer or any other technical problem that inhibits the downloading or running of the software program for which the license was purchased for. We do not own nor do we sell any software program as it remains the property of the publisher and as such Software Site can only warrent that the licenses or installation and activation details that we have provided is valid to activate the software program it was purchased for.
- All other warranties are carried by the various manufacturers.
- QUESTION: Do you ship packages or media with downloaded purchases?
- ANSWER: Downloaded software includes only the product key or serial number purchased that is sent via email along with the download link. No retail box or package will be shipped to customers purchasing a digital download.
- QUESTION: Are the product keys you sell genuine
- ANSWER: All issued keys are valid licenses and are guaranteed for successful activation with the publisher.
- QUESTION: Will the product key activate the trial version I already have installed on my computer.
- ANSWER: In most cases product keys will activate currently installed trial versions however there are some trial versions such as oem versions that the product key cannot activate. In these cases you will need to re-install from the provided download link you receive in your delivery email.
- QUESTION: Why am I receiving an invalid key error message when inserting my product key.
- ANSWER:
- 1. Please ensure you do not already have a previously installed version on your computer and if so uninstall.
- 2. Please ensure you have downloaded the correct product version as product keys will only activate the version they are issued for.
- 3. Please check that you have inserted the correct product key with no errors.
- 4. If all the above fail please contact us and send a screenshot of the inserted product license and the resulting error message so we can check that there were no typo errors in the product key sent you and that you have been issued with the correct key for the program purchased. Any key found to be invalid will be replaced.
- QUESTION: I purchased a product key and cannot download the program can I get a refund.
- ANSWER: No. We make no guarantees that any user can download any software program successfully and not encounter any problems. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that their computer meets all the system requirements to successfully download digital software application files to install a program. We are not responsible for anyones computer problems that may be encounted downloading and installing a program only the activation of the program with the license we provided. Once a product key and/or installation file is issued and sent unless there is an error in what Software Site sent and provided to you no refund is available.
- QUESTION: Do you guarantee that the program will download and operate on my computer.
- ANSWER: No. We cannot make any such guarantee. We do guarantee that the product key you purchase is valid and will activate the program it was distributed for.
- QUESTION: Can I return the product I purchased if I have not installed or activated the software?
- We cannot refund any digital delivered software that has been received by anyone as we are unable to confirm that the license or installation has not been activated etc. and we cannot onsell the same license or information you received so it is imperative that you ensure you are buying the correct software application for your purpose.
