REFUNDS, REPLACEMENT & RETURNS
Consumer Guarantees and Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
If you believe that your purchase fails to meet one or more of the consumer guarantees, then you may be entitled to a refund or remedy.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
A refund or replacement is only offered for all digital download sales that fail activation.
Refunds are not provided for change of mind purchases or digital goods delivered instantly and via email as the license or product key has been exposed and is no longer protected and is considered compromised which makes the license unsuitable for return.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that they have chosen and are buying the correct software for their operating system and is compatible and does not conflict with their operating system and/or any other software installations.
OUR GUARANTEE
We guarantee that all licenses and software activations to be active and will refund or replace any license that fails to activate within 30 days from date of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will refund or exchange any license or product key supplied that will no validate. Eligible returns and refunds will be processed upon validating that the license received is not valid and by providing a screenshot displaying the inserted product license and the resulting error messsage confirming the activation key provided will not validate. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We are also happy to provide a full replacement within 24 hours of being advised you have received a faulty physical good or digital delivery.
